Led by Chef Quoc Thanh and Thi, our restaurant reflects a journey across cultures from their roots in Vietnam to years spent honing their craft in France. Now in Canada, they’re excited to share the warmth, tradition, and unique flavors of Vietnamese cuisine with our community.

Viet Cuisine Calgary: Bringing Traditional Vietnamese Flavors to Alberta

Viet Cuisine proudly introduces its first restaurant in Canada, bringing a legacy of culinary excellence shaped by love and passion for Vietnamese cuisine. Our esteemed head chef, Quoc Thanh, originates from the picturesque island of Long Son in southern Vietnam.

Following his immigration to France, he met Thi, and together they established their first restaurant in Bressuire, France. Now, after twelve years in Calgary, they are excited to share their authentic Vietnamese culinary heritage with the local community, marking a new chapter in their remarkable journey.

I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (with only viet. ham, my fav) & the staff were both friendly and accomodating - it was absolutely amazing !! 💯 just the right balance of noodles and meat.
